Michael Ross, a US Army Veteran is a passionate advocate for sustainable development and community empowerment with over 25 years of experience in leadership, governance, and humanitarian work in Africa and the US.
As Chairman of the Board for The Future of Our Kids, an NGO dedicated to providing access to clean and safe drinking water, Michael has been instrumental in steering the organization’s mission to drill boreholes, install solar-powered water systems, and improve the livelihoods of underserved communities.
In addition to water projects, Michael has championed community-based initiatives that support women’s empowerment, education, and sustainable agriculture, recognizing the intersection between clean water access and broader development goals. His leadership style is collaborative, working closely with government agencies, international organizations, and local communities to create lasting change.
Edna Brandy Wanja

Ms. Wanja is an experienced advocate whose practice spans across various fields in the legal profession. She has served as a legal consultant both for start ups and well establishedorganizations where her responsibilities include ensuring proper structures are set up and that all activities are done in compliance with the law. She has also participated in fund raising efforts for various entities and is also actively involved in dispute resolution.
Alasha K Bunton

Real Estate Business Owner, Investment and Asset Management. Maintains the financial integrity and sustainability of the organization including Financial oversight and financial reporting. Works with the CEO to prepare an annual budget. Collaborates with the board to develop financial policies that promote transparency, accountability, and financial sustainability. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to adapt quickly to new challenges.
Dr. David Muriithi Munyaka

Bishop Muriithi brings his wealth of experience in leadership, governance, and community engagement. His vision for empowering future generations aligns with the organization’s mission to uplift and support the well-being of children. In this capacity, Bishop Muriithi actively advocates for the organization, contributes to strategic discussions, and participates in fundraising efforts, furthering the mission to make a lasting impact on children's lives.

Development-minded project manager with experience in; education, agribusiness, community health, alternative energy, and community mobilization. Skilled at, sustaining and managing donor and partner relations, grant writing, and fundraising. Experienced community organizer, team leader, professional development facilitator, and talent developer. I train professionals on innovation, and digital skills and manage digital transitions. I am also a professional linguist, writer, and literary critic. I believe in prioritizing inclusivity in gender and equal opportunities in resource mobilization.
